QDEVU® sodium hypochlorite disinfection machine is equipped with an automatic chip that provides continuous and intelligent disinfection control. The machine is carefully constructed to resist rust, ensuring a long service life. Additionally, the machine is designed with a strong protector to prevent any sudden accidents, such as system faults or mistakes.
QDEVU Sodium Hypochlorite Disinfection Flow (SHDF) plants are designed to automatically maintain the correct amount of free chlorine in an existing reticulation line, in accordance with Drinking Water Guidelines. The standard treatment process includes an inline chlorine analyser which monitors residual free chlorine and a dosing pump to automatically dose liquid sodium hypochlorite as required, into the potable or treated water pipeline.
The system components are sized to suit the required chlorine usage rate and the sodium hypochlorite storage tank refill frequency. Options are provided for duty standby dosing pumps to improve plant reliability, a flow transmitter, a static mixer if required to improve mixing.
QDEVU Sodium Hypochlorite Disinfection Flow plants are available as either skid mounted for internal or external installations, or containerized with air conditioning to avoid chlorine degradation.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
Sodium Hypochlorite Generator series NaClO Generator is the new equipment developed for on-site NaClO solution production; it applies to many applications involving NaClO disinfection.
The operation principle is as below:
Refined salt is mixed with softened water in the saturator to form saturated brine. It is diluted to 3% by softened water and injected into the electrolyzer. The solution is electrolyzed with direct current, the anodic product is chlorine gas and the cathodic product is sodium hydroxide and hydrogen. These two substances react with each other to form sodium hypochlorite solution.
The ionic membrane electrolysis brine producing sodium hypochlorite device can produce 4-15% high concentration sodium hypochlorite solution by electrolyzing saturated brine. The electrolysis device produces chlorine gas and sodium hydroxide solution, and then reacts the pure chlorine gas with the sodium hydroxide solution through the reaction tower for long-term disinfection, to ensure the residual chlorine content in the water body and adjust the PH value in the water.
